Steve Irvine - CEO
Prior to founding Integrate.ai, Steve was an executive at Facebook head office in California, most recently as the global head of partnerships for Facebook and Instagram. Steve held other senior leadership roles at Facebook including leading a global strategy team and helping to build Facebook's presence in Canada as an early member of the Facebook Canada leadership team. Steve is a serial entrepreneur having founded and built two marketing technology companies prior to joining Facebook. Steve is a board member at Polar, a leading branded content technology company and sits on the advisory boards for the Vector Institute, a global leading AI research institute based in Toronto, and the Canadian Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation. Steve is an academic all-Canadian graduate from York University.
Jason Silver - COO
Jason is a seasoned leader, passionate about all things that make great companies grow and the people that help build them. Prior to joining integrate.ai, Jason was one of the first Canadian employees at Airbnb, helping the country grow exponentially into one of the largest global markets for the company and a key innovation centre for teams around the world. In his most recent role, Jason led sales and operations as Territory Manager for Canada, the Midwest, and Eastern United States. Before Airbnb, Jason built and ran two of his own startups, both focused on helping small to medium sized businesses leverage technology to grow their own businesses. He has been working in business development, sales and operations ever since joining an early stage startup after transitioning from technical roles in software and hardware development. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
Kathryn Hume - VP Product & Strategy
Kathryn Hume is passionate about building companies and products that unlock the commercial value of emerging technologies. Alongside her work at integrate.ai, she is a Venture Partner at ffVC, a seed- and early-stage technology venture capital firm, where she advises early-stage artificial intelligence companies and sources deal flow. As the former Director of Sales and Marketing at Fast Forward Labs (Cloudera), Kathryn helped Fortune 500 companies accelerate their machine learning and data science capabilities. Prior to that, she was a Principal Consultant in Intapp's Risk Practice, focused on data privacy, security, and compliance. A widely respected speaker and writer on AI, Kathryn excels at communicating how AI and machine learning technologies work in plain language. She has given lectures and taught courses on the intersections of technology, ethics, law, and society at Harvard Business School, Stanford, the MIT Media Lab, and the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. She speaks seven languages, and holds a PhD in comparative literature from Stanford University and a BA in mathematics from the University of Chicago.
Tyler Schnoebelen - Principal Product Manager
Expert in data science, natural language processing and user experience, Tyler is the principal product manager at integrate.ai. Tyler previously served as the principal product manager at Machine Zone (Game of War, Mobile Strike, Final Fantasy) and co-founded an NLP company that generated training data and real-time predictions for customers in dozens of languages. Before that, he spent almost a decade leading UX research and design projects at Microsoft. A leading researcher on emojis, emoticons and new forms of communication in the digital age, Tyler’s work has been featured in New York Times, The Guardian, Time, The Atlantic and Wired. He got his Bachelor's degree at Yale University where he studied, poetry, playwriting, and politics; he holds a PhD in Linguistics from Stanford University. He’s also a tiny character in a movie about emoji and a novel about fairies.
