We are looking for a Customer Success & Key Accounts Manager who is passionate about helping our customers and partners drive impact from our developer oriented solution. In this role you will help to secure customers and partners and mobilize a cross-functional team of product managers and developers to navigate complex technical problems and support our customers to implement and drive value from our product. Ideal candidates have experience mobilizing customer/user facing teams to implement technical software solutions while building meaningful relationships with users and customers. Our ideal candidate is an excellent relationship builder, flexible problem solver and detail-oriented project manager who thrives in complex, dynamic environments - with incomplete, imperfect and ambiguous information. As a member of a small team, you will also have the opportunity to play a significant role in building and executing on our customer success playbook as we strive to build a global leading AI platform. What you will be doing:

  • Owning the successful implementation of our product within enterprise clients that results in meaningful business impact including mobilizing an implementation team, understanding customer requirements, managing stakeholders and creating and managing timelines
  • Building and managing meaningful customer relationships with key users and project leads
  • Collaborating across Product and Engineering team to triage and resolve customer issues
  • Partnering with our Go-to-Market team to develop partnerships, execute on account plans and onboard new customers and partners onto our platform
  • Learning customers’ business and technical objectives, mapping success criteria to product capabilities, and ensuring that implementation activities drive to the right outcomes
  • Working with the IAI product team to help shape our platform’s roadmap according to your deep understanding of client needs and and pain points
  • Collaborating with the IAI marketing team to share learnings to influence how we position our platform in the market
  • Looking for new opportunities to expand our platform’s impact at our existing clients
  • Expanding your knowledge on all things related to machine learning, trust & ethics in AI, successful integration and our clients’ industries in general

We value:

  • Demonstrated experience in client facing roles at a software startup and/or within SaaS services or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing project plans in complex environments 
  • Proven experience obsessing over client satisfaction, exceeding client expectations and delivering on time
  • Resourcefulness and creativity such that you can solve problems and get things done under imperfect circumstances
  • Excellent prioritization skills working with limited information - both for yourself and your team
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build meaningful relationships with clients and internal teammates
  • An ability and desire to learn continuously and teach others in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Passion for building and being part of great company culture
  • Nice to have: experience in customer success, product, or a sales/business development role for machine learning and/or developer oriented products
